If for any reason you are not satisfied with Fastraax when used according to manufacturer’s recommended procedure within the first 12 months after purchase, Centrax will refund the purchase price upon return of the tool with an explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction, freight prepaid.

The Fastraax tool is guaranteed against failure due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the purchase date when used according to manufacturer’s recommended procedure. If any part of the tool fails in normal use during the warranty period, Centrax will replace the tool at no charge. The customer must return the damaged tool along with an explanation of the failure to Centrax, freight prepaid.
